As an early childhood educator and the parent of a diverse learner, I've witnessed firsthand how profoundly compassionate teaching and leadership shape young children's experiences — and educators' professional growth.
I created Cultivating Educators Consulting to help families, educators, and leadership teams cultivate environments where every child's unique needs are met, and where teachers feel valued, supported, and inspired.
