Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Consultation Services

At CultivatED Consulting, LLC, we take great care to provide high‑quality, relationship‑centered consultation, training, and technical assistance services. Because our work involves advance preparation, scheduling, and customized content development, the following refund policy applies to all consultation services.

Refund Policy - the basics

 

1. General Policy


All consultation, coaching, and professional development services are non‑refundable once scheduled. This includes virtual and in‑person sessions, planning meetings, and customized materials development.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling


We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. To support flexibility while honoring our time and preparation:

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund and may incur a rescheduling fee.

  • No‑show appointments are considered delivered services and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

3. Pre‑Paid Packages & COP Agreements


For multi‑month Communities of Practice (COP), training series, or pre‑paid service packages:

Payments are non‑refundable once the agreement is signed and scheduling begins.

If a client needs to pause or adjust the schedule, CultivatED will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes within the contract period.

Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the contract term unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Digital Products & Materials


Any digital products, templates, or customized materials created as part of a consultation or training service are non‑refundable, as they are delivered electronically and tailored to the client’s needs.

5. Service Dissatisfaction


If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact us directly. While refunds are not provided, we are committed to addressing concerns, clarifying expectations, and ensuring a supportive and productive partnership.

6. Exceptions


Exceptions to this policy may be made only at the discretion of CultivatED Consulting, LLC and must be confirmed in writing.

7. Policy Updates


We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
